Lol I dunno.
I think it has more to do with the number of banned (by the 1934 NFA) guns Maduro was smuggling into the country.
If I'm reading the indictment correctly there were a crap ton of full auto capable AKs smuggled into the country by Tren de Aragua.
I had no clue they were used in the attack on the Metcalf transmission substation that fed Silicon Valley. I remember it well, and I remember hearing that 7.62x39 shell casings were scattered about everywhere ... but I had no clue that they tied that into Tren de Aragua and full auto AKs out of Venezuela. That was over ten years ago under Obama.
