In Lane we trust....

We did what it takes to get the most sought after Coach in College football. Lane Kiffin came to the LSU Tigers. We all know Ole Miss fans were holding prayer circles to keep him. It makes sense that they are so butt hurt now.
I know to some that it seems like the wheels are falling off. We have OL folks in the portal, WR's in the portal. It looks bleak, but is it? I say no. I think Lane Kiffin knows exactly what he is doing and has started the process of building a championship team, and it is a process. Some kids have been shown the door, some are just trying to get more money, while others are just trying to figure things out.
I am excited about the transfer portal and the possibilities for this team. I think it will be magical.
The media is in the process of trying to start a College football Civil War between LSU and Ole Miss, maybe between LSU and the rest of college football. The media does what the media does. Heck I have even seen some media outlets quoting things here at TD. We are idiots if we think we know what is going on behind the scenes at LSU.
We wanted Lane Kiffin, we got Lane Kiffin, so we need to trust his process. I think we are building something here that can last for a long time. Even with all the negative comments, negative press, and the Ole MIss fans melting every second of everyday, I am excited about the future of LSU football.

Ole Miss is going back to being irrelevant after this playoff run. Their crash and burn will be amazing to watch.

I expected he would have signed several top portal players at need positions in the first 3 days. Why, because LSU has said they have a lot of $$ and the first ones in are going to get what they are asking,, and the opportunity to play for a supposed offensive guru, at LSU. SO what is holding these players we need from signing with LSU. In first 3 days LSU has signed an obscure WR from Hawaii that nobody has ever heard of, and that is all.
I don't think I am the only one surprised at this situation.
Hope things improve quickly and LSU has a lot of big needs.
