1) There's a reason why Lane made him the offer he did.
2) He's found someone he has been able to delegate play calling duties to, so he can focus on being a head coach on Gameday. That's huge.
Yeah he could bring in someone else, but why mess with something that's given you success? This makes the transition to LSU so much easier for him.
