I can't find anything. Does anyone have any inside information?
It's brutal going the first few weeks against what I consider an easier part of the schedule without our best player.

He twisted his ankle. He hurt the same ankle last year so it’s gonna be touch and go.

Out tonight if that's what you're asking

Out tonight.
Despite that LSU is a 7.5-point favorite.
Can we agree before the game that LSU should beat this team EVEN WITHOUT THOMAS?

100%
They were +5.5 dogs on the road at A&M
They’re -7.5 favorites at home vs a Q3 team. It’s not even a discussion

See at least there is something we can all agree on.
I'm sure some of the other McMen will change the story and excuse if he drops this one.

Yes. LSU should win tonight. Overall, they played a decent game at A&M. Turnovers were up (16 vs. less than 10 per game with Thomas starting), and they got beat on the boards. Rebounding is going to be an issue for this team in conference play.

He’s out tonight A loss and 0-2 start would be a great start at getting McMahon out of town.

McMahon has built such a powerhouse they are favored by 7.5 vs SEC opponent even with best player injured

I agree that CMM is on his way out if they drop this one, but if you’re rooting for this to happen - you are not an lsu basketball fan.

I actually think we roll in this one.
Don’t ask me about Saturday haha

I posted in the other thread that he (according to his father) tore some tendons in his ankle 2 years ago, but played through it and didn't miss a game. I can see where that is the likely cause since McMahon said he reaggravated an injury from years ago.

I’ve had that injury multiple times, it never fully heals. The trick is to get to a point where it isn’t super tender and can take the torque of playing at full speed without pain but it’s different for everyone. Could be a couple weeks, could be more, it’s just that type of injury.

Yal need to stop lying and obsessing all the time

Hopefully he will be back by Missouri

Hopefully, it’s just a tricky one. It’s not really a pain threshold thing because the pain isn’t constant but once you tweak it you’re basically useless. If you’re not careful it can be a problem the rest of the year.

There's no way around it: a loss to SC at home would be brutal. CMM used a 7-man rotation at A&M, with all starters playing over 25 minutes. This is a thin bench, and LSU has to avoid foul trouble tonight. Also, it would be nice to clean up the TOs and rebounding
