Why are these protesters allowed to block traffic? How is this legal? Innocent people just trying to drive to work, etc...

According to leftists that were blaming the ICE officer for shooting the driver yesterday:
1) that vehicle is not a deadly weapon
2) those people should get out of the way if they don't want to get hit by the car in the road
