According to Coach Jason Brown of Last Chance U (says he has friends on staff)

-Harbaugh was coming back but had to fire OC/DC.

- Harbaugh called Lamar and informed him... Lamar said good to go.

- Next Day... Harbaugh fired

- Ravens Changed practice sched to accommodate Lamar because he couldn't wake up in time

- Lamar didn't speak to OC Monken for months

Etc, etc.

Lamar is very talented but has a lot of Michael Vick in him.

Thinks his god given talent is enough.

Monken can be difficult to play for because he is straight forward and doesn't sugar coat anything. Some people can handle it and some can't.

Lamar didn't decide to stop running derrick henry, while a fricking backup qb was in, a few weeks back.

John Harbaugh is overrated. Not sure why he gets such a pass while Tomlin gets crapped on yearly.

He won a Super Bowl and made the ravens a perennial contender in a shite town like Baltimore, one of Americas grossest cities, and has more playoff road wins than anyone.

Tomlin is running one of the NFLs most storied franchises.

The Ravens won a Super Bowl and were perennial contenders before Harbaugh. You say this like he built the franchise.

Billick was there 9 seasons and had a record of .500 or worse in 4 seasons and only made the playoffs in 4 seasons. He won 56% of his games. He coached 8 total playoff games, which is how many road playoff games harbaugh won. 2 division crowns.

Harbaugh coached there 18 seasons, twice as long as billick, and he had a total of 5 seasons of .500 records or worse. He has 4 division crowns, made the playoffs 12x and went to two super bowls, winning one.

Before these two, the ravens had a franchise record of 16-31 and never went to the playoffs.

Uh, didn't Brian Billick already make them a perennial contender and win a Super Bowl before Harbaugh?
