Again, if the Fed has to send the money, and Trump is the boss, just don’t send the money. The judge aside from making his little ruling cannot do anything.

lets see, the trump order gave the states till jan 20 to explain their financial controls or be cut off. Judge Sub.. has now issued a 2 week injunction from yesterday the 9th, to allow time for the states to explain

On what grounds did he issue said order?Because he says so?
He has no jurisdiction no law was broken. He is not a King and has no authority to interfere in an Executive Branch decision.
