I have long said that your average person would support organizations like PETA, if they focused on puppy mills, dog fighting, etc.

But when they threaten the NFL for using leather footballs, and try to stop pigs from being slaughtered (pork is the most popular meat in the world) they lose 99 percent of the population.

The mascot of the strike force needs to be the dog that survived the two crazed lesbos in Minneapolis. That pup definitely endured animal cruelty having to deal with those crazed nutjobs.

As a pet owner I'm a big fan of this. Animal cruelty makes me almost irrationally angry.
