There is a window that they haven’t signed the actual contract.
As another school- you now know what number you have to beat. It’s scummy and in real business this wouldn’t work but this isn’t real business. Anything goes that you can imagine.
All you need is for some kid or his “Agent” to be open to getting more money or faster money. Easy to do these days. "
