CBK will never coach again to mitigate his buyout…

I think that ship has sailed. Sucks, the buyout will likely be full amount, but I much rather where we’re at now.

BK has what is called 'generational wealth'.
His family is set for the next few generations if his money is managed right.

Our best hope is that a small school up north hires him next cycle. If he still hasn’t been hired after next year, we know he’s never going back. He can half arse look for jobs and make it appear he’s holding up his end of the deal.

Listen I despise him but he has coached for a long time and is good in front of a camera. The man was in politics. I can kind of see the draw for him being a talking head.

What they are doing. Paying his 800k a month or whatever it is just as if he was coaching for duration of the contract. Just having the 50 million invested half arse wisely you can scrape 30% minimum over several years towards his final sum paid. Only an idiot would shell that money over now unless his contract had stipulations for that. Which it obviously didn’t.

He will get pressed after next year’s cycle. He can easily get a lower division job… he will have to take something.
