That is pathetic coaching. He's finished. He's a loser. Doesn't know anything about winning.

Why have anyone defending past half court?

I've had it with his "woe is me" mentality. He has no business coaching at this level.
I wasn't a good coach either, but at least I stayed in the high school ranks coaching mostly girls. lol.

No reason to defend the passer. You put two on the big, and your best defender on their best guy as a second.
When you saw them break the huddle, you knew the play. Everyone knew the play once we missed the free throws.

It’s basic shite that he misses. The good coaches don’t miss the basics. Great coaches are on top of every detail.

With 3 or 4 seconds, maybe put someone on the passer, but with 1.7, there only chance is to catch and shoot immediately.

Bracket the dude at the top of the key it’s shameful. You have to have somebody fronting and behind him … period… But you gotta protect the wings cause he could touch and pass ala Bryce Drew and Valpo!
Fronting the inbound guy is not a bad strategy except when that dude is 6 foot 10 himself…… Then it was wasted

Seriously, how much basketball you have watched? You try to disrupt the pass!!

The pass was the best part of the play, I mean just over Millers finger tips

No, with only 1.7 seconds, the passer will throw a long pass. The passer will easily throw it over the "pass defenders" hands, so that person is worthless.
With 3 to 4 seconds, maybe, to disrupt a straight line pass.

I've probably coached, more than I've watched (on TV).
