Why don't progressives believe the ICE agent was injured when struck by the vehicle?

I was told that our society has to allow abortions up until birth because thats between a patient and her doctor. If the doctor recommends an abortion, who are we to question?
But when these same doctors make non-abortion decisions, now all of a sudden they're not above critique?
ICE agent had internal bleeding? Trump has bone spurs? Now doctors aren't to be trusted.

To some degree, sure. But its easier to behave like this when youre a commie who only cares about gaining more political power so you can install your communal paradise.
You didn't see Christian's, as an example, trying to limit the publics exposure to hyper sexual media one day, then flipping the script the next day. They were consistent because they had standards.

It doesn't matter if he were injured or not, we all saw the video and it's really clear he was not in the wrong.
The injury stuff matters to the left because if "he was injured by the vehicle" becomes the national narrative they know they can't spin the debate. It's completely settled.
