He signed a 2 year deal December 2024. Him leaving "shouldn't" happen, but here we are

The Blue Devils, more often associated as a basketball powerhouse, received a commitment from Tulane transfer quarterback Darian Mensah on Dec. 11. On Monday, CBS Sports reported Mensah’s NIL deal with Duke to be worth $8 million over two years, with a $4 million average annual salary that would make him the unofficial highest paid player in the history of college football.

Miami is probably going to pay him $6 million to leave Duke.

Lets be honest. There's no such thing as tampering with this current setup. Not with agents looking to get paid and secure a bigger bag for their client.

How do we know its the school reaching out to players and not the other way around?

Dude should change his name to Men$ah. Duke paid an outrageous amount of money for him just to lead them to a 7-5 record (ACC Champs!).

He put up some good stats this year, but losing to Tulane & UConn is a tough look.

No it seems like all of this is fine unless LSU does it. Then it’s a worldwide story on every news outlet.
