Had to run multiple deals through 8A's.Such bullshite and they did nothing more than take their cut by shuffling paperwork and holding their money for as long as possible til we got our commission.
Richest native Americans and Eskimos I ever met and a couple were run by white males who were front men for their wives.

You described the governor of Guam perfectly. 75 iq lady married the little hat guy. They just happened to own the major bank on Guam.
Recieved over 5 billion in Coivd funds. Now fighting tooth an nail to keep the last 130 million 4 years later.
Federal government funds 65% of guams Government. We have 50% of the place on food stamps
Id love to see a legitimate audit of this place. Fraud waste and abuse

If you want to see this on full display,, do a deep dive into companies doing business in and around Huntsville AL. A lot of them openly brag about it, listing it out almost word for word what kind of disadvantaged busines they are. If you own a service company thinking you’d like to do business with them, good luck. If you don’t check the exact same boxes, you’re shite out of luck. Their vendor outreach lists these exact same qualifications for who they wanna do business with.

Witnessed it first hand a few times. Not just a money deal, it had to go through unqualified people that basically jist collect money, but end up fricking things up in the process. This will cut 50% of the red tape and increase efficiency as well.
