I know the game in Oxford is still a ways away, but I'm not sure it's going to be safe to attend the game if things don't settle down. With the recent haul of OM players transferring to LSU this week, to say OM fans and coaches are raging, would be a massive understatement.

This situation has become personal, and when that happens, crazy people lose perspective and take things to another level. I'm sure LSU has additional additional security around Kiffin and he will well protected come game time, but my concern is with the fans.

The relationship between LSU and OM fans has never been great, but when you add the Kiffin situation (his texting, alleged tampering and stealing OM players) and you bring two of the most passionate fans bases, who love their alcohol and guns, things could get ugly real fast.

I'm hoping in the next few months that the anger and bitterness will wane and we will get to see two great teams settle it on the field, but something tells me that ain't happening, especially this year.

I also have a feeling that Kiffin is sitting his office, along with his assistants, smoking a big Cuban cigar and loving every minute of it!

It’ll be even worse after Golding crashes out in year 1.

Move game to Baton Rouge. Their stadium is too small. Ole Miss has a history of playing their home games in BTR.

They kick off the season vs Louisville on labor day weekend. They could lose that game. Would be hilarious if we curb stomped em and put em at 1-2 to start the year. They will beat Charlotte

I sure as hell wouldn’t bring a child or lady friend to that highschool stadium dressed in LSU gear.

No doubt those Mississippi meth heads will be spitting and throwing shite at LSU fans.

Its gonna be amazing to watch LSU beat their arse from my couch though

OM opens with Louisville, if they lose that one, they will be in melt down mode after the LSU loss.

if you are an adult and get this irrationally angry over 18-23 year old college kids playing a fricking game and the adults who coach them, you REALLY need to reprioritize your life, b/c you are a fricking LOSER... and that goes for any fans of ALL college programs

I know it’s not done yet, but we’ve signed two players from their roster. Two. And one of them was expected.

For all of their whining and bitching about tampering, we’ve been VERY selective about who we sign.

Maybe it turned out they like someone more and didnt expect to get em.

Im loving this mix of guys coming in. We have some that come from small schools and have played a lot of snaps. And a mix of 4 and 5 stars that havent played alot. Gonna be great competition

Can't be said enough keeping Blake and Corey on staff in particular. They know the culture that is expected.
