Rassmussen reported yesterday that 62% of people support deportations with the strongest support among the Hispanic community. This is a no brainer political layup and it needs to continue on a large scale nationwide.

FWIW I am a professor at a college and do research there as well

All I am seeing from what data we gather and track and collate into a rolling average by weekly (a total of 10 polling firms data) the following appear to be true:

Trump has not lost his base at all. Theyre currently a delta 1 + from the election

The most conservative single group in the entire country is 18 year old men irrespective of race all are radically right wing

Women trail men in voting its a known phenomenon but we arent seeing that like id like to. This could likely be dragged down by independents being -18 in the average

The American people love military strikes of the sort trump does

Since the Maduro operation Hispanic male and female at an equal percent have show breakneck swings right in our rolling average.

There are extreme morons on this forum who would have us believe the way he's doing this is unpopular. Quite simply, it isn't.

Libs keep trying to push that narrative. I can't help but laugh when I go to the Birmingham Reddit (which of course is filled with dingbat libs), and they live in some sort of dream world and says stuff like "Keep pushing Epstein its causing a massive rift in MAGA" or "Don't you just love the anti-Trump billboard on 280? It is really opening eyes. I had a friend who was ultra-MAGA and he is seeing the light".

Had no idea this was happening. I guess this is the pendulum swing.

I’m not surprised the people here who scream doom haven’t been right about anything.

This has been the case all along. That’s why we laugh at the “I voted for Trump 3 times but” posters.

I'm pissed at his inaction, but I'm still 100% in his corner.

Regarding the deportations its a bit harder to nail down

In terms of do Americans support them?

Absolutely yes. Our most recent data was from a few days ago we get a new one today but its something like 64 % for deport criminals and 56 % for deport all

However there is a catch and bad news, The public has an extremely bad view of ICE being when asked generic question do you support ICE sitting at a nearly 50/50 but then when asked do you support the methods ICE is using dropping to an astonishing nearly -18.

Theyre winning that propoganda war

This ticks me off... ICE isn't being worked with in so many municipalities/states... how else are they to do their job?

It is unfortunate and it is what it is but a sad reality is a massive amount of people in this country have no will for action even if its a bit ugly

Bottom line is this is going to have to be reversed or mitigated or it could be crippling

Whatever the MSM, and some "conservative" Independent Media, just need talking points and don't always line up with reality.
I think the vast majority of Trump supporters are satisfied with his efforts.
Trump would do better if Bondi/Patel would step it up, outside of that....

I also believe Republicans will do ok at midterms and remain in control.
If Republicans in Congress would grow some balls, we'd see the full effect of Trumps plans.

Since you brought up midterms and our prospects

Me and my TA tried to map out what we think the current map looks like right now based on our intake data and the way we see it is the current number of seats is tied with all of those being safe seats and 17 contested to determine the house

The senate is a mathematical impossibility for dems theyre locked out for a long time.

We could be wrong but its likely in the ballpark, so if only 17 races determine it then the dream of a red wave is over. It will be close but the GOP def has a serious shot at keeping it
