Many pubs in the UK offer dog treats, some even branded for the pub. Owner has a few pints and dog gets some treats.

My go-to bar keeps treats for dogs on hand. Usually the first thing dogs do when they come in with their owner and are let off the leash is to head behind the bar to see the bartender for treats.
