Saw this on the Solera website a few days ago...

place started out hot but every time we've gone the place is pretty dead, solid happy hour though

They lost BOH and FOH employees last year, and I noticed the menu got scaled down quite a bit after this happened. Some dishes that were still on there had gotten changed in preparation as well.
This new place looks a lot more like their sister Bin77's menu, which could be a good thing for them even though nothing on this one is overly thrilling.

Solera, when it was a Spanish Tapas restaurant was one of my favorites in town. Since they cut the Spanish menu in half and added your more typical BR restaurant dishes, we haven't returned. Guess we'll have to go to Lafayette to get our Spanish fix.

Ate lunch there Saturday. Everything was very good; bartender was on her game. Hope the rebrand and renno goes well.
