- Legally carrying a firearm is not a problem. It’s the simultaneous bad behavior that makes it a problem.
- Good and Pretti’s shootings were precipitated by illegal activity. Both were victims of their own poor choices – dangerous, irresponsible, reckless, and illegal choices.
- Lethal force is justified when “you are having a felony committed upon your person.” Need all the facts to draw conclusions but to physically contact and resist LEO is considered a felony.
- If you disagree with the deportation efforts, then fine, but sort it our in the courtrooms and Congress, not physically obstructing and interfering on the streets.
- Asked this question: are we moving toward a totalitarian state or, are we already living in an anarchist state?

You're going to need to be REAL artful to describe him responding to LEO pushing a woman posing no threat as any sort of felony.

Futile. Leftist zeal has overwhelmed reason. They will frick around and they will find out until a Democrat becomes President and extracts revenge on America by reopening the border and having law enforcement stand down. It’s the price of the Democrat Party having been completely ideologically captured by Leftist ideology. The law does not allow the use of lethal force unless the officer has a reasonable fear of great bodily harm…

what will come out of this is simple.... You can bookmark this. Agents see the gun, try to disarm him and he fights with them for possession of the gun. That's going to get you shot by any cop in any jurisdiction in America... every time. Ask Michael Brown.
