I'll allow it.

He can replace one of the anticipated retiring conservative judges.

This phony needs to run out his term and begone. He's a complete fraud.

More like 53% of the vote.

Regardless, I hope Clarence Thomas is SERIOUSLY thinking about retirement. We must get him replaced while we have control of the senate.

i used to be pretty pro-Cruz, but he's lived long enough to become the villain.

that being said, he would be better served on the SC than another term in the Senate.

fortunately saying "free Palestine" and "let's arm Ukraine" aren't mostly under the SCOTUS purview.

Trump is about to do Amy Coney Barret 2.0 that's going to bring him and his family and the country a lot of problems. He doesn't seem to learn that putting these establishment shills is going to backfire on him one way or another.

Keep your protestant preacher in mind as you reply.

in the SCOTUS it would take an interesting case to make it there to do anything involving Israel.

It is something I disagree with him on.

Same thing as eyepatch McCain, I like him on most financial and social issues. I wouldn't hate him as governor, but i don't really want him to be a vote on foreign policy.

I can't see him being any worse than Roberts. He was a big letdown when he took over as Chief Justice.

I heard for years that Amy Coney Barrett would be the best SCJ not named God. After that experience I don't get excited no matter the reputation.

Not that I have anywhere close to total trust in Cruz. At the very least he's shown that he has some swamp water on his pants leg.

Wait a second!

I just read an article that explained how Trump, JD Vance and Ted Cruz all hated each other
