Why does every woman over 40 feel the need to get their nails done on Fridays?

What value does it add?
I've never looked at an unattractive woman's nails and suddenly caught a chub.
The only people impressed by a woman's nails are other women and the gays.

Not every woman over 40.
I don’t care for the idea of chemicals seeping into my nails. Plus it’s a ginormous waste of money. And unhygienic as hell. And boring.
