It's true she disappeared but I noticed early it was Dawn's primary strategy to guard her tight.

Every time we play a team with talented size, we struggle. We either have undersized frontcourt talent (Reese/Morrow) or large, untalented girls (del Rosario/Koval).
Joyner played GREAT last night, but our entire offense relies on guards slashing and bigs cleaning up the misses. It would be nice to play through a talented big like other elite teams can to get easier shots from the guards. This team would be title-level if they had a talented big.

She was our second leading scorer with 11 points. Against Texas she scored 20 both games when Johnson and Fulwiley combined for 20 both of those games. She had 3 TO yet so did Fulwiley. Sometimes players match up better against different teams and sometimes they just have more of an off night than you care for her to have shooting. She hardly disappears. The girl can play.
