I did a little research. The UK has 35 Royal Airforce bases around the world.
The UK RAF bases of strategic importance for a U.S.-Israel / Iranian military conflict, there are four, are the following:
1. Al Udeid Air Base (hosts 83 Expeditionary Air Group, RAF operational HQ in Middle East) Qatar
2. Al Minhad Air Base (permanent RAF facilities) United Arab Emirates
3. Al Musannah Air Base (RAF access for operations) Oman
4. RAF Akrotiri (Permanent Joint Operating Base) Cyprus

We use al Udeid of course, but the other is Diego Garcia. We aren’t doing much with RAF’s other ME assets. Al-Udeid is Qatari and we don’t need UK permission to use it.
We likely aren’t flying out of an Arab or Gulf country to do this anyway.
