Washington Beltway stabber identified - hispanic, all victims were women - & a dog

Police said Michelle Adams, 39, died from her injuries. A dog was also killed.
Three of the women who were attacked were taken to the hospital with serious injuries: 36-year-old Dana Bonnell, 37-year-old Mary C. Flood and 40-year-old Heather Miller.
A man later identified as Jared Llamado, 32, of McLean, was taken to the hospital where he later died.
All I could find about the perp (who's hopefully burning in the hottest hell) is this:

No, not sure but the name is unique enough (as opposed to Juan Gonzales 
) and his location sounds right too.
