Disgusting. She needs to be reasonable on her prices .

Lauscha sold naming rights for each garage to her dealerships. They don’t care.

She's holding the Holy Grail in New Orleans.. A place to park where you (probably) wont get murdered, burglarized, or towed.

The fact that people actually pay $65 to park there is an answer to "just how much WOULD you pay to keep your windows from being busted out?"

I’ve sat in seats like this at the Rangers game. Not bad, and they fill up. I think they also have some that include beer.

Do the Saints have anything to do with other events held at the State-owned Superdome?

Per Google A.I.

quote:

Search Assist Yes, Gayle Benson, as the owner of the New Orleans Saints, benefits from the lease agreement for the Caesars Superdome, which includes revenue from events held there. The lease allows the Saints to remain competitive and secure their financial interests related to the stadium

Jeff Landry and Gayle Benson both collect from the Superdome.

Another great idea….SELL this team so they can move elsewhere.

I’ve never once had an issue parking for either Saints or Pels. Usually can find a spot on Baronne near Rouses and walk right over.

A.I. is usually wrong as they are in this instance.

The team does not collect anything on parking fees except for gamedays.

The team collects nothing on concessions unless or until the concession revenue surpasses 7 million for the year.

The state controls concession prices because they own the stadiums, not the teams.

Pr

Whatever. I do agree you can find free parking. Just watch out for the Boot Krewe. Then you are paying the city for parking. If paying $40-$60 for parking and concessions is your thing. That is fine too. I'm sure Landry won't mind your money so he can post his Commandments and pay Lane Kiffin.

The state of Georgia owns the Mercedes Benz stadium and Falcons still have final say on concessions cost.

Teams can cut the margins on concessions knowing fans are likely to spend elsewhere like merch.

No reason anyone should be paying $8+ for popcorn that is five days old.

The state owns it, but they don’t run it. AMB runs it, which is a company owned by Arthur Blank, which allows them the say in it.

Not the same situation with the state of Louisiana owning and running the stadiums

ASM runs the building and Lauscha sure as frick can lower concessions if he wants to. He did it for the Thunder series two years ago when concessions were 50% off for pregame.

His job is solely to squeeze out every cent possible and make sure no person ever paints Gayle in a negative light.

Yup . Actually it is run by Legends hospitality. Saints have a stake in the company along with Jerry Jones.

It’s all over the Superdome website.

Not sure where you seen this at, but Saints do not have a stake in Legends Hospitality.

It is owned primarily by Sixth Street Partners (purchased in 2021). Jerry Jones has a minority stake as does the Yankees.

The Saints don’t even have a stake in negotiations between the state and Legends.

This can be accomplished by the team paying the concession company back for whatever losses they have, they cannot set the prices though.

Saints Pelicans control how it operates! They can lower the price.

quote:

In a statement, a spokesman for the team, Greg Bensel, said the organization was not a party to the negotiations between the LSED/ASM Global and its food vendors, "but our interests are very much aligned and that is to provide our fans with the very best gameday experience, and the concessionaire plays a major role in that experience." "It should be noted that the recent renovation of Caesars Superdome focused on improving the concession experience," he added. "It is a critical touchpoint of the fan's gameday experience and we take it very seriously."

if they take it seriously they Saints & LSED can lower prices.

Legends was handling the cafeteria on Airline before they got the contract.
