Richard Blumenthal grilled Noem on illegal aliens who were allegedly arrested or detained by ICE and asked Leonardo Garcia Venegas, Javier Ramirez, and Miramar Martinez to stand in the back of the room, while accusing ICE of targeting people for being Mexican.
