I encourage everyone to watch his silver spoon speech. He talks about why he was born with a silver spoon even though he was born in a poor, rural family in WV. Classic Holtz mix of motivation, work ethic, and humor.

Legend.

Men like Lou Holtz are getting harder and harder to find in sports and life.

Rest in peace, Coach.
