First you’ll call the Baton Rouge chamber of commerce and tell them you’d like to submit a birthday commercial request to a guy at LSU.
Then they will set you up with a meeting with the LSU board of supervisors and then you’ll propose to them as to why you’d like to submit a birthday commercial to a guy.
If the LSU board of supervisors accept your request then they will have you meet the LSU president and he will have you sign some agreement papers.
Then the President will have you sit through a 1 hour introductory video on the proper birthday commercial procedures.
Then you will have to pass a 10 question quiz from the video you watched.
Assuming you pass the quiz, then you’ll meet the “guy” and he will get you hooked up with the birthday commercial.
