He is the best coach in America.
He’s proved it.

This team will improve I have no doubt.

Anyone expecting to win a natty every year is smoking crack. Feels like 2024 but the difference is the major struggles are earlier, which could be a net positive.

Speaking of crack, if we fire Jay, do you think we could bring Ron home?

Too late to get new players.
Lost too much from last year and hasn’t been replaced.

This looks like an undisciplined team that lacks fundamentals that has absolutely no approach at the plate

Why do people keep saying this??? lol

I don’t think anyone is expecting back to back titles. I think people do expect better fielding, less errors, and better at bats.

But…. It’s really early. No reason for anyone to panic. This team is going to improve a lot between now and May.

bullshite. Starting rotation looks better. INF defense not looking as good but there's still time to improve.

Jay is the best. But this team just don't have it. It's hard to go back to back. They can improve but it feels like '24. Still early.

Great advice. I think I'll trust the best baseball coach on the planet. 2 titles in 3 years.

Jay will have this team maxing out before all is said and done. And, we'll see what that gets us this year.

We have 3 capable starters compared to 2 last year. And all 3 could be very, very good by May.

It’s really not the end of the world. Probably better we drop some in rankings and get humbled. We have a lot of talent but n ed to gel asa team. We will be fine.

This is absolutely the truth. This team, top to bottom, looks like they are pressing and trying to be something they are not. You cannot be successful in baseball when you are pressing. To quote Crash Davis, “So relax! Let's have some fun out here! This game's fun, OK? Fun goddamnit.” I don’t think anyone is having fun.
