Haven't listened to the 10 minutes yet but for me the top five would be
Bonnie Blue Flag
Dixie
Cumberland Gap
Goober Peas
When Johnny Comes Marching Home

I think most of the guys that were in it are either up in age or have passed, but there was a group of guys who performed/recorded as the 2nd South Carolina String Band.
They played the wartime versions of the songs on period authentic instruments. Certain things, like the coda on Johnny, are certainly eye opening.

Haven't listened to the video you posted but not counting "Dixie," the greatest Southern Civil War song is "Southern Soldier."
I'll place my knapsack on my back, my rifle on my shoulder
I'll march away to the firing line, and kill that Yankee soldier!
I'll kill that Yankee soldier!
I'll march away to the firing line, and kill that Yankee soldier!

If listening to that doesn't bring a tear to your eye then you have no heart.

meh....
if no Soldiers Joy
if no Soldiers Joy
quote:
Gimme some of that Soldier's Joy, you know what I mean'
I don't want to hurt no more my leg is turnin' green
Twenty-five cents for whiskey, twenty-five cents for beer
Twenty-five cents for morphine, get me out of here
Chorus:
I'm my momma's pride and joy (3×)
Sing you a song called the soldier's joy

Not of the Civil War, but I love this song about the Civil War

There was a great double CD that came out 10, maybe 15 years ago, called United and Divided: Songs of the Civil War. Half of the tracks were Confederate songs, the other was Yankee songs. All were done by current country/bluegrass/Americana/roots artists.
There were some really amazing songs and performances. Vince Gill did a heartbreaking version of For the Dear Old Flag, I Die.
