He tries to work too fast.

He has completely different mechanics from the stretch. Leg doesn’t come nearly that high in the wind up.

I would love for him to take his time sometimes… it’s so fast that everything has to be perfect to line it all up

His problem pitches today have been him throwing the ball mid to high in the zone, right down the middle. He's been fine when he's kept the ball down or worked the sides of the plate.

Looked pretty good right there. Really, he's one bad pitch in a little league field from having one of his better games thus far.

If he can get 6-7 innings, that changes the dynamic of every series though. We wouldn’t have won the KY series without him going 6
