Anyone who seriously thinks that park is better than The Box...

Was at all three games this weekend, and sure there are chairbacks, but those seats don't even extend to the foul poles. Meanwhile the concourse is cramped and the majority of the areas to buy food are just temporary stands. Also, the scoreboard tech they use is utter shite. They show pitch speed, and show that a hitter went 2-5 or 3-4 but don't even list what the outcome was of each AB. Don't show pitch count either.
Not to mention how cheap that all turf field is and the softball park dimensions.
Does the Box need some improvements, yes, but lol at anyone saying that park, or a lot of the parks in SEC, are better.

I will say, there isn't really a bad seat in that stadium, but that's mainly because of how small the capacity is.

I'm happy I got to see him in person do something that has never been done in LSU history, so I guess pretty happy.

FWIW, I still don't think Arrambide should ever put on catchers gear again in games that matter. But after today I'm no longer saying he should transfer out. DH/1B it is.

I’m not sure it’s even as much as Lindsey Nelson being “better”, but the fans are perfectly within reason to want long overdue renovations and upgrades to Alex Box.

Vibes were bad there this weekend. They are not good. So no great atmosphere. But every seat is better than anything at the Box that isn’t a chair back.

They literally have high school bleachers lined up along the RF lined in the standing room overflow. Can't even see half the field.
So no, not every seat.
