Have y’all done like I taught y’all and multiple angles of a given situation, as many as come to mind, even if it doesn’t quite align with your own views?
Assuming you did, I’ll share the one that immediately came to my mind: heavily disrupting those things might just throw the citizens into a chaotic frenzy, given the already quite tense situation. Because losing the services that come from those things would likely be the straw that breaks the camel’s back, causing anarchy and thus possible govt overthrow. If that is the case, and assuming the regime has thought of that distinct possibility themselves - then that’s quite the pro move on Trump’s part to throw that in their lap. Iranian citizens, perhaps after going from bad to apocalyptic after a few days of no energy, essentially - that could be the most epic meltdown in world history.

It will make life much worse for all Iranians that might be friendly to our interests and then we lose them. But he's probably bluffing again. He'll bomb more things but not the whole sale bombing of every power plant in the country simultaneously as he suggested in another incoherent rant in a press conference.
