How did Rizzi get a scholarship to be a pitcher for LSU

He always hits or walks batters at the wrong time especially with the bases loaded. The kid is another pitcher that just isn’t good. His control is bad.

He’ll be at mcneese next year

I don’t get it
The same result every outing and we keep rolling him out there to frick it up
He needs to give up baseball

He's 6 ft 17 in tall and throws 96-98

Amazing how hard it is for some kids to throw strikes. He has no secondary pitches it seems either…always wild heat and that’s it

Definitely a lot of pitchers that need to be shown the portal at the end of the season!

He throws well but pitches poorly. Like a lot of our “pitchers.”

He was good last year. He was also really good over the summer. Just fighting it mentally this year.

Because he’s 9’7”.

You could call in a uhigh pitcher from the bullpen behind left field that could at least throw strikes

With Rizy in the mound, I would never swing
U know what the outcome will be

What good does that do if you can’t sniff the plate

one hit batter, walks in two when the game is on the line.
It baffles me how a pitcher can has so little control at this level of baseball.
He has the worst form I have ever seen on a pitcher. He has no future in baseball because he will throw out his arm before he ever does anything worthwhile after his gone for LSU.
Bethune throws a 75 mph fastball guy and LSU can't touch him, but LSU flamethrower has no idea where he is throwing any pitch. He just throws it and hopes. Really pitiful pitching by LSU.

Never see field again

Yep and can't hit the plate

If he pitched instead of max effort, he would be ok. Command is more important than velocity. You saw it on full display last Saturday.!

We know it’s not an exact science, he was ranked as the No. 1 high school player in the state of Massachusetts by Perfect Game. Sometimes it just does not translate to d1 college ball.
