I was watching some drills where he was catching passes from longstreet. He seems speedy but he needs to get better hands.

To be fair, we had a potential 1st round qb leading us last year and it sort of felt the same way.

WHY ARE YA'LL LIKE THIS? Toosii is on the team for publicity, he's like a "Make A Wish" kid. He hasn't done anything to ruin LSU supposedly "great" brand, you people need to relax and stop being so damn annoying.

I saw some of his earlier workout films. Looks like he may have been a B+ HS athlete. You can tell he doesn't have the speed or explosiveness as the blue-chippers though. It's pretty obvious.
That said, I think it's fantastic he is on the team. There are all sorts of roles to be played on a team and you never know where the inspiration is going to come from.

He isnt on the team to play football

Except, once again that injury doesn't affect decision making. Sure it could affect velocity, potentially accuracy but Nuss was the check down king the last 6 weeks and his velocity was back to normal.

He's a 40-40 guy...............
If we're up by 40 or down by 40 he'll get some PT. I don't see him factoring in on any special teams. We've got plenty of solid athletic depth at the LB, DB, and RB positions.

This is all strictly for attention. If Toosii sees the field in any meaningful game then that means about 11 of our WRs have gotten hurt. I can see Lane putting him out there for fun in a 56-3 type blowout against McNeese in the 4th.

It’s a joke that he’s on a division 1 football team, much less LSU. But every year recently college sports crosses a line once thought impossible. Lane Kiffin will do anything he can for publicity.
