Plaintiff attorneys are filing an appeal saying that the car manufacturer is at fault for building a too expensive car. They are countersuing for psychological damages.

never understood what they were trying to gain, trashing their own cars for insurance money? what were they going to do, pocket the cash and drive around in trashed out cars?
