Don’t have the stats but seems like our runs per hit ratio is lacking.

Because we don’t do anything on the basepaths

3 of their 10 runs are walks scoring.
1 run is scored from a wild pitch
We’ve given up 6 walks and 1 HBP
They’ve only walked 1 batter and he didn’t score.

We never steal any bases and can almost never get timely hits with runners in scoring position. It’s baffling how bad this team is as everything

That ratio doesn’t account for walks, HBPs, passed balls, wild pitches, and errors.

We don’t get guys on base. We don’t hit when guys are on base….
Our pitchers give up first batter walks and then give up hits and Sac flies behind them allowing the other team to capitalize on free base runners.
We can’t seem to do the same.

The biggest issue with the offense is we never move runners so unless they hit a solo homer it takes 3 hits to score a run. We’re also pretty bad at hitting with runners on base. They had several chances with runners on 3rd and couldn’t get the hit.

On the season 85% of our team hits turn into runs.
Our opponents turn 76% into runs.
I’m sure our SEC only stats tell a different story. Not sure where to find that data.

We’re also one of the worst base running teams in the SEC. If I see another runner who doesn’t make it to 2nd base after an outfielder tries to fun down the guy at 3rd or home I’m going to lose it.

Lsu doeant move runners over early in the game. Many chances this year to move runners and put single runs on th3 board early and grab a lead. Lots of strikeouts and popups in those situations.

Completely, disagree.
Biggest problem with the offense is we don’t hit the ball with people on. We don’t get enough people on.
The teams beating us is not because they are stealing on us.
