Would you Rather Play Golf or Football for LSU?

If you could only choose one, which would it be? Starting doesn't matter, you're just on the team.
Football:
Pros - Saturday Night in Death Valley, chance for an SEC and BCS ring.
Cons - all that football practice and off-season conditioning
Golf:
Pros - don't have to finish practice by running gassers, doing bear crawls or going through "Desire Drill"
Cons - No Saturday night 90,000+

Football has always been my sport to the extent that I walked on at Northeast 36 years ago. If I had that to do over, I would have walked on at LSU (eventually wound up doing some of my course work there anyway). I would have not been starting material, but could have come in for a play here and there, and/or be on the scout team. It really would not have mattered. What would have mattered would be the forever cherished thrill of joining one of the ultimate brotherhood fraternities.

Golf, it's by far the sweetest deal in all of college athletics.
I would also rather play on the PGA than in the NFL.
I loved HS football, but unlike a lot of posters on here, I'm happy that they are what they are, HISTORY.

As much as I love football, I think I would have to go with golf. That way I could play the greatest sport on earth every day and assumingly be very good since i'm on the lsu team, especially since IMO it is much harder to be good at golf than at football... And this way I could still enjoy my football games every Saturday night
