Uh, there's a good chance he'd be starting at LSU right now. I bet TJ would have done a good job of bringing him along last year. LSU has a walkon logging minutes right now.

Maybe not but we could certainly use some size down low and depth. Malcolm White will provide just that next year!

if morgan would have come here, Malcolm White probably wouldnt be coming here.

Trent has a policy of not recruiting through AAU scumbags. From what I've heard, when it became apparent that was the case with Morgan he said thanks but no thanks.
I'm good with that.
Looking like the guy who not that as many folks wanted (Storm) may end up being a better college player and he and White will likely make a better inside tandem that stay through their senior years.

There are probably some advantages to being at UCLA. Depends on what his arrangements are, I guess.

Untruth. Morgan had already signed in the early signing period. TJ tried to keep him and visited him and his mother. Butch Pierre also worked to keep him at LSU.
Remember that a week or so after TJ visited the Morgan home Mama Morgan complained that TJ was not contacting them regularly. Of course he was getting situated at LSU and recruiting, yet this was the reason given for Morgan requesting a release.
