I actually watch this every time it is on. Just good clean fun entertainment. The guys usually have a quip or two that make me chuckle. Not to mention Jill Wagner!

I am surprised there's not more back injuries with some of the falls they take. I like how the chick face planted at the start of the last obstacle tonight.

That big girl almost broke the motivator..she barely made it to the first big ball.
The sucker punch is my favorite thing right now. I liked the hurdles they had last year that just bounced people up and down. I think people were getting hurt so they took it out. I have noticed that the contestants wear a "QB" rib protector now.

Last night it looked like the contestents were wearing those lace up ankle braces. Some of the new obstacles are pretty good, still love to watch the falls from the big balls.

I could do without the sucker punch wall or the new obstacle where they try to jump through the shapes onto a platform. The obstacle is impossible.
