If JJ is going to play

After watching what little there is to go on, it appears that JJ is throwing the ball pretty decently this season.
That said, the offense we are choosing to run while he's in is a freakin eyesore!!
If he's going to play, why don't they just let him run the same damned offense we run while JL is in with the added bonus being that JJ is mobile enough to create something when the play breaks down?
Those who say, "but with JJ, teams have to prepare for two guys" are nuts. They have to prepare for one offense plus about 3 plays that we run with JJ. AND, it appears that OUR offense is as confused by those plays as the opposing defense could be argued to be!!!
JJ's TD pass was a perfect throw and not his first this season. Let the kid play freaking QUARTERBACK if you're going to put him in!!!

JJ is playing great but this is Lee's team.

they are setting something up with JJ for Bama. Saban plays the stats and the stats say that JJ will run it 95% of the plays he is in. they are setting up a big pass play.

Miles has clearly been setting up JJ to throw the shite out the ball vs Bama

Les Miles has everyone exactly where he wants them and our offense is gonna explode on Bama

JJ has avg about 3 throws a game.
He rushed yesterday for 2 yards on 4 carries.
Its apparent the majority of the production on offense is coming from JL and our running attack.
I forgot who all it was last week that was saying JJ would get over half the sanaps vs AU.. Hell he got less yesterday than he did vs uk and fla and tenn seemed to me.

I keep going back and forth on this. While I like the different package when JJ is in, it is extremely predictable. And JJ is poor at his decision-making. He doesn't make correct reads on the zone-read plays, and he craps his pants just like the past two years when he drops back to pass and his primary receiver is covered. With that said, his athletic ability gives us the potential for big plays. I just wish he could execute more soundly.

But he freaking IS playing and the offense the coaches are imposing upon him is an eyesore. Just run the same damned offense!!!!

JJ will beat Bama. He has a 160 Qb rating against them with zero turn overs over the last 2 seasons. He had them beat in 09 and beat them in 10. Les has been holding him back IMO.

Could we please eliminate the option pitch. It sucked last year and still sucks.
He's been good with the zone read hand-off option. That's enough option for me. He looked shaky before that pass, but that was a real nice throw with pressure in his face. And Lee has been spot on with his long throws this year.

just run the normal offense with him in there. First they hamstrung him with Shepard in the backfield with him. Then they run the same stupid plays that they always run with him. Just let him throw to back off the defenses then you can run some QB draws or whatever. On another note, Klantards will always be klantards no matter what Jefferson does.

The Offense doesn't appear polished when JJ is in. It's predictable for the most part. Lee is a far better option.

I don't think he can run the offense Lee runs.
JJ can't throw those short screens and slants effectively due to his windup release (which has improved, but still).
But I do wish they would get rid of the classic option with him, and just let him run reads, going downhill.

Wow. A new low, even for you. A preemptive racist tag hung out in advance for anyone daring to criticize? He threw one beautiful ball to RR, every other play yesterday looked like 2010 redux. Hesitant, poor decisions/execution, like slow motion.
You should be banned until he finishes his eligibility with your hate BS.

And last week he had over 75 yards on about 15 carries. He just had a bad week running or Auburn did a good job against him. Don't overreact so much to one game.

Yes, but how many yards did he have against Tennessee rushing? He was a big part our running attack in that one.
Though he only had three passes yesterday, one of them was a TD for our first really long pass of the game. He's had 10 passes this year with 2 TDs - not bad.
Lee is the man. JJ is also doing pretty good when they actually mix it up a little with him.

He absolutley can not fricking stand it.
Actually it's about 3-4 these idiots.

What the hell! JJ could not rush himself out of a paper bag against Auburn and will do much worst against Alabama. As far as the touchdown pass, Mo Isom could have thrown that pass better with Reuben Randle on the receiving end. I likes Zack's apprearance. Hand off, Hand off, Hand off then take a knee.
