i really do like this plan for both games.
open up the PMAC to the public before the football game. have the bball team join in the purple game deal.
good marketing campaign for the bball squad.

IMO it will stay very low (similar to all of last year), until Trent proves his team can win and compete in the SEC.
As good as our football team is, it'll be hard to attract students to a sub-par basketball team.
I hope I'm wrong though.

i mean the students can tailgate and get hammered before the game at noon, go check it ou for a little while at least, and go back and finish tailgating for a few hours before kickoff.
i'm getting to BR prob around 8 or 9, so that's what i'll be doing.

I'll probably go check it out. I'm kinda optimistic about the team this year. Don't know why

Ill be there... As long as I dont get caught sneaking in my booze.
Prob will be a decent crowd that comes for at least a half of ball. Hoping for a few thousand.

i mean you kinda have to be. it can't get much worse.
we have a mcdonalds all-american this yr, along with a transfer center that should give us an inside presence.
our guards are a yr older, and there's always STORM WARREN!!!

Agreed. I hope the long-time fans show up to get at least 2-3000. Sounds crazy but there are some die-hard hardwood fans in BR.

We are leaving pig land Friday night instead of early Sat so we can catch the basketball game as well. First games for my two sons and can't wait to see their reactions.

The play needs to improve, but fan attendance would not hurt especially when trying to entice recruits like Gathers to come to LSU
