SI picks Bama over LSU

main reason they outplayed us in game one this time they will find a way to win. Also they think Saban is better when he has time to prepare
personally I know its bias but we are better then bama, becuase the one point of the game we aren't even is in special teams. We own Bama in special teams. If you exclude special teams from the game we lose, but bama can't kick the football, and if LSU doesn't give up TDs and force bama to kick around 6 field goals again some 30 or 40+ yards do you think your kicker in a hostile envoriment will win.
Plus Miles prepares better for bowl games, we have a more experinced QB, who plays well in big games, see Bama last year Peach Bowl and Cotton bowl.
SI picked bama 13 10 over LSU (I don't see how it happens with thier poor kicker)
I pick LSU over bama 10-6, bama gets lucky on two field goals.

Yes!
That means we will win. It's like Deja vu.

SI did the same thing for match number one?
I don't get SI at school only when at home

Is the media ever going to look further than surface level at this opinion? Miles OWNS Saban in this one...it's not even close

Can you post the link?

Obviously I do not agree with SI
and I don't agree with you
Our backs are more numerous and simply will out last theirs and we are in better condition, there is no way Bama improved their conditioning in that short of time, not to the degree the Tigers started the season for Oregon.

Along with better special teams I believe LSU has better depth.

Honestly the only way I see Bama winning is if they get a jump on us early. If it is close throughout the game than we gonna wear that arse down like last time.

Saban had two weeks to prepare, another 4 won't matter. We're better, deeper, and have the special teams edge. LSU 24-13.

Lars Anderson is a frequent guest on Finebaum and tainted crimson. Don't forget he also had us losing 3-4 games before the season. Don't buy all this hype, nothing has changed from when we beat them at Tuscalooser, so why would we lose in the dome

It's group think by a bunch of writers who drink the saban kool-aid. LSU has a better team and a better coach.

Another "Saban has 4 weeks to prepare" bama-bot statement.
Didn't both teams have 2 weeks to prep for the regular season game? With the holidays tossed in, and the NCAA practice limits, I wonder how much more time they have this time over the last time.
4 entire weeks? Really? Anyone got an answer?

Well, Saban also got that practice game against LSU earlier in the season....
(hard feelings? Maybe a little...)

LSU is actually at an advantage. I think LSU has more offensive playmakers on the offensive side of the ball than Bama does, and that while LSU has been a run dominant team, they've passed when needed.
LSU is at its best when the playcalling is more balanced and mixed.
Bama has the best offensive player on the field in Richardson, and then outside of that, LSU is even or better than Alabama at every other position IMO including OT. Faulk, IMO, is less hyped but just as good as Jones at LT.
Furthermore, LSU's line is a completely different animal with Lonegran in there. He played only a small portion of the first game and late. It was a big difference between him and T-Bob, because he's significantly stronger than T-Bob and much better at calling out protection assignments.
On top of that, LSU has Adams coming back at DE that should not only improve our run defense, but also improve the pass rush by saving Mingo for plays rather than tiring him out playing too much like last game.

Geaux, you are correct plus Along with better special teams I believe LSU has better depth. The big key.
Bama wins by wearing people down. That didn't happen in game one and will not happen Monday. Watch game one again. We were stronger at the end and they went into panic mode.

LSU may have the best argument for a dynasty over the past 10 years. But I don't think we are a dynasty but the best team of the past 10 years.
