All of Mett's in-completions were dropped passes? Is my math correct?

3 dropped by OB3, 1 Shep (for a TD), 1 by JW, and 1 believe 1 drop by JL.
Side note, how awesome is it having a QB who can step up in the pocket again and complete a pass down field!!

Only one pass was questionable and I stress Questionable

The one right after the pass Shep dropped in the endzone was the only one I would consider not a drop.

Over threw one in the end zone

Nah, it's 19 not 18 if you include JL's. Also, OBJ dropped two not three. You can't count the one where the defender hit him at the same time the ball got there. That's on the defense or the QB for not getting it there sooner.

Ha. Had same thought reading paper this morning and then figured the Rant was on this subject. Awesome. Even if only 2 incompletions were drops Mett is a mile beyond his predecessor in terms of efficiency downfield. Very happy Tiger fan today. Only complaint was the drop on the HB pass. OBJ issues were just a fluke.

5 drops I believe 6 incompletions

I think we have a quarterback

I haven't rewatched it yet, but it seemed to me that Ware spun Jarvis around pretty good. And that ball was humming too. Would have been a tough catch.
Not really Ware's fault either, as he was under serious pressure and actually got laid out as he threw, and it was impressive as hell that he was able to stop and set his feet while rolling left and put it on a rope.
Ware made a great play to get the throw off, but Jarvis would have had to make a pretty great adjustment to snag that bullet.
Not a straight drop IMO and nothing to complain about.

That would have been a really difficult catch. It was well behind him. Really wish they would run those types of plays to the RBs strong arm side. The fact that Ware who is RH had to rotate his body in order to throw a good ball gave the defender just enough time to get there.

I don't see how anyone could consider that a dropped pass. Sure he got his fingertips on it, but the ball was low and behind him. Would have been a phenomenal catch if he had been able to haul it in so I can't consider it dropped.

Last night he showed the ability to sense the rush, not panic, and step up in the pocket with his eyes still focused downfield. It was really impressive.

I said these exact words on the TD pass that Shep dropped. I was so happy that I barely cared that Shep dropped the pass.

I thought Shep had two drops that came back to back basically, with the second one being in the endzone.
Am I wrong?

I think the worst pass he threw was the under thrown TD pass to KBoone. We have a QB, indeed.

Did my own replay looks. Interference should have been called. Blame the refs, not Mett or OBJ.

1 Shep (for a TD),
To be fair to everyone involved, that was not a perfect strike (although very, very catchable) and I believe, in fact, Shep held onto it for what should have been called a touchdown. Doesn't matter what happens to the ball after he's down.
The only question I have is the slow-motion replay may have exaggerated the time he had the ball, but from what I saw, it was a catch and a touchdown.
