I sometimes think dogs are God's way to teach us about love.

Dogs are always glad to see us, happy to have us around, even if we are just sitting around doing nothing with them.
They value our companionship and never find fault with us.

Sorry bro.

I know how it feels. We are on our 3rd Dachshund.

The only cure I know is to get another ASAP.

ETA: you're right, pound for pound Dachshunds are a most feisty dog, every 12 pound Dachshund thinks it is a 120 pound Rottweiler.
