LINK

Chilling article for JAX fans when you read about attendance magic numbers, 53 million people in the UK pulling for the team (twice as many people as NY region). Huuuge moneymaker.

Is it going to get to the point where there is a game in London for every week of football now?

Article says 8 games. 460,000 sold tickets is magic number for their own team.

Why would the NY region be pulling for another team?

Why would they? They still get paid and get to visit a new country for free.

Because they've almost all stated they hate the long flight and the short week that ensues after

the 3 games are already sold out unless you fork over 300 + quid per ticket to sit in the club level but it does come with open bar and buffets

To have a team in London, you would basically have to have staging areas, facilities here and there, etc.

The team would probably in all actuality be based most of the time out of the NY area. They would then spend a few weeks in London (2-3 consecutive games), then a few "away games" on the East coast with them living over there for those weeks, etc.

It can't be done in a normal fashion. Especially when the London team has to play on the West Coast.

As a jags fan it honestly would not surprise me to see them move to London. Especially with the Shad owning Fulham**. I have believed that has been the Stache's game plan since day one

**thanks Geaux Colonels

Shouldn't they put a team in Mexico City or Toronto before they go across the pond?

They should have to send us some premiership rugby games in return.
