Do ugly people know they are ugly?

I know the OT is full of good looking, athletic ballers but how does the less fortunate side view themselves? Do ugly people know they are ugly or is there a certain amount of delusion involved? I have always wondered this when people watching while on my high horse.

I'm pretty sure they do. It's the response that varies:
1. They can't deal with it and wallow in self-pity.
2. They accept it and don't care.
3. They stay in denial of it and don't care.
