It so unbelievable I'm going to guess its not the bar's doing or fake.
I mean, the photo was the FIRST time someone said something? I seriously doubt a restaurant would last 24 hours with menus circulating with this drink on it before it hit twitter, etc. That doesn't seem to add up to me.
Alternatively, someone thought they'd be funny and slipped this one into the pile?

I went in there in '04 when LSU played at UGA. I'm pretty sure there were a lot of black people in there at the time as both patrons and employees. Seems weird for this to only now be an issue, if that same drink was on the menu back then (not sure if it was).

I worked at a restaurant downtown and we would sometimes have a lunch special of fried chicken and watermelon. We even advertised it on the chalkboard outside. Still not sure how they got away with that.

They don't have drink menus, those are on a daily chalk board. It's allegedly their bartender menu customers don't see.
Looked fake when it first came out, like that deal in Austin earlier this year.
If they were dumb enough to print that than so be it.

Fwiw, I highly doubt they are closed for good. I remember hearing from UGA friends that this is normal for WLOCP.
