Lewandowski was trying to rub it in arguing that Hillary needs to concede. Van then just shut him down and in the most depressed and defeated tone I've ever heard said, "man, it's over. Just stop. It's over, you won." Then when Lew tried to interrupt him and keep talking, Van said "you're being a horrible person"
