As soon as the early results came in and several of the counties had Trump getting more votes than Romney and Clinton getting less than Obama, I knew he'd take it. About 10 counties in, the pattern continued until the end.

I ultimately voted for Trump, but I was pretty livid that many metrics were pointing to a loss. the most important thing was that Hillary lost, and whether or not another candidate would have beaten her is irrelevant now that we know Trump pulled it off.

In all seriousness, mad props to the NYT who had a great tool that gave you the proper perspective on how things were really going.
Their numbers gave me hope when there wasn't much to be found, and ultimately put Hillary's chances to bed hours before the networks did.
